Expensive innovative therapies: are our health care systems capable of handling them?

Innovative therapies (drugs, medical devices, care procedures) are presented on the market at unprecedented amounts. We are talking about more than 1 million euros for a gene therapy, for example. But this trend does not only affect the field of drugs, it also concerns medical devices, prostheses and even surgical procedures. The capacity of healthcare systems to support these new therapies is far from obvious.
The objective of this seminar is to exchange points between institutional and industrial leaders from both countries in order to identify future directions. The format allows us to invite between 6 and 7 French speakers. An equivalent number of Israeli speakers will be present.
